Alicia Rocker

Owner

Hey there, I’m Alicia, the founder of Watch Me Grow Learning Academy! With 10 years of experience working with kids, I started my journey in childcare back in 2019 with a home daycare. My love for children led me to open a daycare center serving little ones from infancy to 12 years old. I’ve always had a soft spot for kids with special needs, especially those with autism, so I decided to specialize in caring for them. Since then, I’ve been able to welcome even more children into our growing family. I’m really looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you personally and professionally. This isn’t just a business to me; it’s my passion. I’m here to support you in any way you need.

Krystle Griffith, Director: With a professional background commencing in 2018 as a lead and co-lead childcare professional, I attained an associate’s degree in psychology in 2016, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2020. Progressing in my career, I assumed the role of director at a daycare center. My unwavering dedication to nurturing and supporting children, including those with special needs, remains a steadfast passion. Furthermore, I derive great satisfaction from equipping parents with the necessary resources to comprehensively understand and aid their child’s journey to success.
